Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. A second payment of 25% is due 60 days before your scheduled tour. The final 25% is due 30 days before the tour date.
Refund Policy: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to your tour, you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid. If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before your tour, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour are non-refundable.
