Single Occupancy: $4,000

With single occupancy, you’ll have your own private bedroom in a shared oceanfront house. Each house has two bedrooms, one just for you, and the other may be occupied by one or two other guests. You’ll share the common areas (like the living space, kitchen, and deck), but still enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own room. It’s a great option for solo travelers who want personal space while still being part of the group experience.

Double Occupancy: $3,500

Double occupancy offers a comfortable shared bedroom with one bed, perfect for couples or close friends looking to enjoy a private space together in an oceanfront house. Each house features two bedrooms, so you'll share the common areas, like the living room, kitchen, and deck, with one or two other guests. It’s a cozy, cost-effective way to enjoy the island experience together while still having your own private room.
