Thank you for choosing Utila Luxe for your travel experiences in Utila, Honduras. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible service, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our cancellation policy.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. A second payment of 25% is due 60 days before your scheduled tour. The final 25% is due 30 days before the tour date.
Refund Policy: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to your tour, you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid. If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before your tour, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour are non-refundable. We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected cancellations or changes to their travel plans.
